Applying for Tuition Assistance

EB is firmly committed to inclusivity. To help achieve it, we dedicate a generous amount (15%) of the school’s tuition and fees to need-based tuition assistance. Between 35% and 40% of EB students receive tuition assistance depending on the year.

Deadline to Apply

Current Families
Current EB families who wish to apply or reapply for Tuition Assistance for the 2025-26 school year should complete a new Parents' Financial Statement by January 15, 2025, and provide their supporting documents (please see below) as soon as they are available, but no later than April 16, 2025.  Please note that the Tuition Assistance Committee will not decide on any applications absent the supporting documents.

New Families
While there are is no set deadline for applicants, we strongly encourage you to apply for tuition assistance at the same time as you apply for school. In this way, we can inform you of your award at the same time as the decision on your child's admission. Families should keep in mind that the later an application is submitted, the greater the risk that the tuition assistance budget may be exhausted.

By submitting your application and supporting documents in a timely fashion, you enable us to inform you of the Tuition Assistance Committee’s decision at the same time, or before, EB’s decision on admission. In turn, this will allow you to make an informed decision about enrollment.

EB uses School and Student Services (SSS) to process applications for tuition assistance.

Based on the financial information you provide, this service gives the school an estimated amount that your family can contribute to educational expenses. This helps our school to make fair and objective decisions regarding tuition assistance.

For divorced or separated families, each parent must file a separate Parents’ Financial Statement with SSS. Each parent must include the revenues and assets of their new family.

Create a login and follow the instructions to complete a Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). EB’s school code is 2954.
