Step 1: Inquiry form
Families interested in applying to Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley need to fill out a form allowing the school to learn more about the needs and profiles of their child.
Discovering our campus and meeting our Admissions Director will be an important step for your family to know more about our program. We can't wait to welcome you on campus for a tour!
Once your inquiry form is submitted, The Admissions' Office will contact you within two business days to let you know about a few important steps to complete your application process.
You will receive a log in to access our password-protected application form in our Parent Portal.
Families applying for financial aid can start the process shortly after submitting the application form.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $75 due when submitting your application form.
Please note that depending on the age of your child, the admissions process will be different.
In order to complete the application process, you will need to:
Upload a photo of your child
Upload a family photo
Schedule your child’s assessment with the academic team
Have the ISSFBA form filled out by current teacher and returned to the Admissions Office
Request transcripts from your previous school for 2022/23, 2023/2024 school years and first semester of 2024/25 school year
Acceptance and Enrollment
Acceptance notifications will be sent to parents by email on Monday March 5, 2025 (Preschool) and on Thursday March 20, 2025 (Kindergarten - Grade 8).
To finalize enrollment, once accepted at Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley, families must return their electronically signed enrollment agreements along with a 10% deposit of the annual tuition; within 10 days.
